The sun is out, the shop is open, the election is over, its 70 years since VE day and its time for our monthly Open Day, why not join us. Lots of great pork products and hog roast rolls for lunch, tea, coffee and cakes.
Well spring is here at least for Easter week anyway, let's hope the traditional April showers stay away this weekend!
Wysipig at Ellis's Hill farm shop is having its monthly open day this Saturday, April 11 from 10 AM until 4 PM why not pop along and walk round the woods and come into the shop for breakfast baps, hog roast rolls for lunch or simply tea and cakes.
Our resident master butcher Kevin Turner will be on hand to help you choose from some of our wonderful pork products including sausages, bacon, and pork joints, we will also have some free range chicken available.

For some time now our farm shop and tea room has been a popular stopping point for groups of Trail Riders as well as individual bike and car enthusiasts. We offer our ' Giant Breakfast Bap' with bottomless cups of tea or coffee. We have a large car park and tea garden where enthusiasts can enjoy their food and chat over old times sharing photographs and memories

The farm also has a campsite and last year several motorcycle clubs enjoyed a weekend camp with a barbecue on Saturday evening and Sunday morning breakfast in the farm shop.
This Saturday, 14 March is our regular monthly open day special. Join us any time from 10 AM to 4 PM, for ' Breakfast Baps', ' Hog Roast Rolls' and tea and cakes as well of course our full range of pork and bacon products. the shop also stocks pickles, artisan drinks and other goodies. There is also a range of gifts for sale.

This Saturday 14th February is a Farm Shop Special day with 'Hog Roast Rolls' for lunch,teas cakes and not forgetting breakfast baps for the early risers ! We are open today Sunday 28th of December
and Wednesday the 31st, New Years Eve. We will reopen again on Friday, 2
January when we will return to a normal opening times.
It's a lovely day today outside even if it
is a little chilly, a great day for a walk round the words and then back to the farm shop for a
hot drink with a cake or mince pie or if you're still hungry after the
Christmas feast, a bacon roll or a breakfast bap.
‘Wysipig’, lots of great things on offer at todays ‘open day’, Saturday 13th
December from 10am to 4pm. Customers are welcome to join us and get into the
Christmas spirit. Visitors will be able to try samples and discuss Christmas
orders for turkeys, gammons, sausages and beef from the great range of meat and
other products now available. The farm shop is packed with Christmas goodies
and customers can place their orders to be collected or take advantage of the
free delivery service. For Christmas the farm has a great gift shop in the
barn, come along and have a browse, there is a wide range of suitable presents
for all the family as well as lots of other interesting bits and pieces.
As usual there
will be ‘Wysipig Breakfast Baps’, Christmas special-Turkey with Sage & Onion and Cranberry Sauce
rolls for lunch as well as teas, cakes and of course mince pies and cream!The team will be on hand to help with advice
on ordering and cooking tips, they look forward to meeting you.

Buying all the ingredients for a traditional Christmas dinner and making sure you have enough without lots going to waste is a bit of an art form. We have made a list of all the Christmas food items that we have on offer, we hope this list may be helpful when planning your special festive meal.
If you would like us to help you through your shopping list the team at Wysipig will be only too pleased to help, we can advise you on how much you will need to feed all the family, cooking tips and just about anything to help the big day go with a swing. If there is anything in particular you would like us to get in for you don't be afraid to ask! You can communicate with us by telephone, email or come up to the farm shop and will receive a warm welcome, it is a bit of a trek up our long track but the journey is well worth it.

Kevin's and wonderful sage and onion with chestnut variety. Bacon - Back, streaky, green or smoked. Beef - 21 day matured, all cuts available. Lamb Vegetables - Large selection of traditional essentials. Bread - Freshly baked by 'Warings' for us, why not try the delicious mince pies. Christmas Cakes - By our artisan cake maker Chritmas Puddings Homade Pickles - Pickles, pickled onions, preserves and of course cranberry sauce! Eggs - Free range chicken and duck eggs.
Delivery & Collection - We deliver within a 30 mile radius of our farm shop, including Windsor and Eton, Ascot, Guildford, Farnham, Alton, Basingstoke, Newbury, Reading and Wallingford. Delivery day 22nd of December, collection day 23rd of December ( other times by arrangement)
Logs - Don't forget we also deliver logs for the fire by bag or load.
