Ellis's Hill farm has been owned by the family
since 1952. The small farm uniquely situated was once part of the Simmonds
Newlands estate. The present farming members of the family took on the property
in 1982 having built a new farmhouse they built up the Coombes heard of pigs
and commenced retailing their products to the public.
